Taking the Haruka Express from KIX

We will be catching the Haruka Express to Kyoto from KIX tomorrow evening about 7ish. Our tickets will be non- reserved seats. May I know which would be the train cars for non- reserved and which platforms, if they are fixed. Entry to platforms will be the JR counter besides the JR Ticket Office? Also, will there be the possibility of a full train? If so are we able to pay for seats on the train?

Today is regular weekday, No full, No worry.
Go to "JR-WEST" counter in blue colored near train ticket gate on 2F.
