I have been driving for about a week in Shikoku some years ago.
- GPS : no problem
- Phone/Internet: generally no problem, but I guess if you go hiking somewhere remote it might be
- Parking: in my memory I probably only paid in Takamatsu city and Kochi. In other places it is quite rural and there was free parking. You should book hotels with a parking lot.

Enjoy your trip to Shikoku!
