Automotive-themed attractions in Tokyo-Kyoto?

Hi Everybody,
I'm travelling with my family to Tokyo, Kyoto & Osaka for 10 days in October. Can you recommend any car / motorcycle attraction worth visiting / participating in those areas? I've read about Toyota's MegaWeb, is that worth a visit?
Thank you very much in advance ;-)
Liran.

The classic car museum at Tokyo Mega Web is pretty cool, with a nice mix of both Japanese and foreign cars of historical significance. Combined with Mega Web's modern Toyota showroom, it's a neat place to spend an hour or so.
If you're willing to come down to Yokohama, Nissan's global headquarters (within walking distance of Yokohama Station) usually has a few classic cars on display in its large visitors' lobby, plus whatever their new GT-R or Z special edition is. If you're willing to go to Zama, a bit further into Kanagawa, the Nissan Heritage Garage is an amazing collection of Nissan road and race cars, though a (free) prior reservation is required.
Also, while it's a bit off the direct path between Tokyo and Kyoto/Osaka, a sidetrip down to Mie Prefecture would allow you to see Suzuka Circuit, which hosts a variety of motorsports events throughout the year.

I can also recommend the Honda Welcome Plaza in Tokyo, right in front of the metro station Aoyama-Itchome. https://www.honda.co.jp/welcome-plaza/en/While smaller than the Toyota Megaweb in Odaiba, it is easily accessible and many of their newest cars and motorcycles are on display. They have presentations of their walking robot Asimo several times a day, too, and all this is for free.

Note though that the Honda showroom will be closed for renovation from Monday, October 21, 2019.

Japan is all about trains. So maybe you could consider including at least one of the train museums? There is one in Kyoto (havent been) and one in Nagoya (interesting and very large). There are for sure more.

Nissan also has The Crossing at Ginza. It used to be called the Ginza Gallery. It showcases Nissan's latest technology and just a few models. There might even be a concept car. It's pretty small, but conveniently located in Ginza.
Subaru Star Square in Ebisu is another. Also, conveniently located. it's a quick walk from Ebisu station.
