Oto Matsuri as Noboriko 2019/9/19 17:15
Hello!

We are a grup of six spanish friends around 25 years old. We are going to be on Japan (for the first time) during February earlies.
We are going to be on Shingu the 6th and 7th(morning) of February, 2020. We would like to participate in the Oto Matsuri festival not just by looking it, but being part of the festival as "Noborikos".
We have some information about where to book the clothes, schedule, etc. Clothes and torches are quite expensive, above 108€; / 13.000 JPY for each of us.

The questions are:
- Is there any way to let the clothes instead of buying them or to buy a cheaper ("non-official") similar ones?
- "Shingu Tourist Informatioin Centre" gave us the information we have right now. They recommended us to have some sort of contact there as we do not know japanese. We have booked an "airbnb", and we are waiting for the host answer. Anyway, we would like to know if there is any way to talk with some local person who has planned to attend the festival.

Thanks you!
