Is it possible to use Icoca Card to take the Haruka Ltd Express twice, from Kansai Airport to Tennoji Station and from this station to Kyoto three days later? I intend to buy the Icoca & Haruka, that is a set consisting of an Icoca card and a discounted ticket for the Haruka Ltd Express. In this case, the discount covers only the first leg?

The intention of those passes, like the now defunct N'EX+SUICA, is to get you from the airport into the city and then use the ICOCA card within the city and beyond.

ICOCA card (like the other stored value cards) is valid on the train so there is no problem. Just tag on and off each time like any other train. I don't bother with the combination ticket/card deal and just use my usual IC card when using that train.
