Ueno Station to Shin-Osaka 2019/9/21 00:38
Tommorow I will be going to Osaka from Ueno station. I only have cash so I should buy on counters on the spot. I do not know where to buy ticket,and from Ueno station where will I go to easily ride onto a Bullet train. I don't know the whole process. I need help

But the tickets at Ueno Station, then take a regular train from Ueno to Tokyo (e.g. Yamanote, Keihin-Tohoku or Ueno-Tokyo line) and then the shinkansen to Osaka.

You can buy the tickets at a manned ticket counter or a ticket machine. I recommend going to a manned counter if you are not familiar with the technicalities of train tickets.
