RC airplane fields and car tracks near Kobe

We are planning to be in Japan for a month for my work in summer 2020. My husband would really like to keep up his RC plane and RC car hobbies while we are there. Are there any fields and / or race tracks near Kobe (really anywhere in the general Osaka area)? Would he be able to participate with no Japanese language skills? Thanks!

I, myself, was a lover of RC plane and helicopter (now I am relatively old and my sight is poor, so I don’t practice it anymore). As a lover of RC plane, I really understand your husband’s desire to fly his plane. I don’t practice RC cars.
Unfortunately, there are hardly public flying fields, in Japan. Some fields are the private fields of the hobby shops and others membership fields.

I googled for you RC fields around Kobe, here is a result. At a glance, I had a very good impression of this club and their field. But, since you say your husband does’t speak Japanese, I suppose it will be difficult for you to inquire and communicate about the conditions of membership and flying requirements like radio frequency or size of aircraft. In the first place, I am not sure if they accept a visitor or not.
However it might not be meaningless to write to them in English, because, in this club, there is apparently one member from foreign origin.
