snow in nikko end of march 2020?

Hi, im planning a trip to Nikko next year end march ard 26-30, was wondering will there be still snow?
what are the places to experience snow? will not be doing any ski sport. Just a leisure and relax trip walking around with nice views and enjoying the snow at the same time.

It would be very rare for there to still be snow at the end of March in Nikko.

There might be some pack snow in upper Nikko - but this would be ice like and not that fun in general. Do note that they weather can change quite quickly in this location. I was lucky enough one time in April to be in an outside onsen at night when it started to snow - but it did not lay on the ground for long.
