7 days in Tokyo and Gifu

We have family trip from 13 April to 21 April arrive in Tokyo .This is my planning
13 April arrive 8am Narita airport - stay Tokyo
14 April - Shirakawago/ gokayama ( stay in Gifu)
15 April - Mt Tateyama
16 April ~ back to Tokyo
17 April - Disneyland
18 April - day trip to mt Fuji
19 April - Tokyo
20 April-Tokyo
21 - April - flight back
14 & 15 it is possible to explore Shirakawa go and mt Tateyama in 2 days ? Worry too rush

mt Tateyama - are you referring to doing the alpine route? if yes then 1 day each for 14 and 15 is ok, but why stay in Gifu?
15th Apr although is typically the opening date for Alpine Route, it might be better to wait for the official annoucement. Maybe push your Disneyland to the 2nd day instead, Fri -Mon generally are more crowded.
