What is the best way to get from Edosaki to Tokyo with one large suitcase.
Can I take it on the regional bus.

Edosaki in Ibaraki prefecture? I think it is not touristic destination (I am a 65 years old Japanese, but have never heard of Edosaki, so I googled), so there might be no one familiar with this place. Do you have some acquaintances in Edosaki? You may better ask them.
The bus to nearby train station will take about 45 min and you should confirm about the bus situation. If you can't get the information, the safest way is to send your large suitcase from Edosaki and take bus with small belongings.

Edosaki? Golf course in Inashiki City in Ibaraki Prefecture?
Where exactly are your starting place and destination?
In the evening,
to users of Edosaki Country Club (golf course),
a courtesy bus service seems available
to get to Sanuki Station or further to Ueno Station
on the JR Joban Line.
From Sanuki Station, though trains do not frequently depart,
you can take a JR train bound for Ueno or further for Shinagawa.
Your actual route depends on the location of your destination.
