I don't have first-hand experience, but here is a handy list.

Note that children tend to be advised to go to a pediatrician first, regardless of the symptom. So try to look for a clinic/hospital with Pediatrics.

I highly recommend the Hiroo International Clinic in Minami-Azabu Tokyo.

We travel to Japan frequently and when needed, see Dr. Isao Tsutsumi who speaks english natively. I believe he trained at USC or Stanford.

They are located at Barbizon34 Building, 7th Floor, 4-14-6, Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Telephone is (03) 5789-8861

They take master card and visa as well as cash. Don't know if they take Japanese health insurance so we don't have it anyways

Hope this helps.
