I'll be visiting Mito ibaraki come mid-November and concerned about the reported flooding I read on NHK online.
Would like to know if anyone has heard anything new about the situation in the area and its surroundings or have a link I can get more information from?
Would this still be a concern come mid-November relevant to getting around by public transportation in the area? Because if that's the case, I need to modify my plan asap.
