Which airline to use (New Chitose to KIX) 2019/10/17 01:20
family of 4 from Canada will fly may 10 2020 from new chitose airport to kansai international. what is most economical airline to take. will I be able to purchase a tourist discount pass from jal or ana or should we fly with peach airlines. thank you for any feedback.

Umm... why are you not using a specialized webpage with the time & date you want to fly to check for yourself? Eg skyscanner?

Explorer pass , yes, assuming that you come by plane into Japan (and not by ship)

Skyscanner is your friend when you want to compare airfares. Early this year I got a good deal with ANA from CTS to HND.

Honestly might be a little cheaper if you wait until first of the year, but it's $87 USD right now. That's very cheap.

Don't forget to consider Itami airport as it is a smaller domestic airport that is closer to Osaka than Kansai (KIX). Prices may be about the same.
