Duration for lump sum withdrawal after filing

Hi,
I would like to ask how long would it take to get the lump sum withdrawal. I had left Japan at the end of April this year and all the document was sent to the designated address as stated on the printed address back in the week after the golden week. This is already 5 months. My question is how long would it take to get the money (80%) and the letter to collect the other (20%)? Is there anyway I can check the steps online?
