Hi, would like to know if i can withdraw any cash without fee from my Citibank Debit card in Haneda International Airport? Read in articles that 7-Bank ATMs are available with a fee.
However i would like to know if i can still withdraw cash from Sumitomo-mitsui ATMs without fee if they have ATMs in Haneda Intl airport? And what are the limit for each withdrawal?
I will be arriving in Japan at Haneda intl ap, arrival hall.
Anyone have experience with Citibank Debit card before?

They will most likely impose a fee as the Citibank in Japan is not the same as the Citibank in Malaysia. I had the same issue many years ago with my Citibank card.
