Two Large Luggage on Hakone Bus?

Hi
Need some help.
We travel to Hakone Station with two large luggage.
Our hotel requires us to travel about 45 min of bus to near the lake.
Question
Is there room to put my two luggage ? about 28in in size

In Highway bus,you can bring Large Luggage.
But in Local bus,it is advisable to bring small Luggage.
