Any gondolas at Hakuba for non-skiers?

Any gondolas at Hakuba for non-skiers?

I'm more interested in taking a gondola up, snap pictures, and to ride down the gondola later.

Are there any gondolas in Hakuba that allow non-skiers to do so? Specifically at Happo-one and Tsugaike?

There are gondolas both happo-one and Tsugaike.
Skiers and non-skiers are OK to ride.
