Hi, planning a plan to Kyoto & Osaka for Autumn leaves festival.
Read that the peak will be in early December due to weather. Any local could advise 2019 autumn leaves peak for both cities please? Should I come early Dec or 3 week of Nov? Thank you.

It is too early to judge the timing of the autumn colors. Indeed, it is a very slow year this year, but this could change pretty quickly if temperatures fall. If they don't then late November and early December is likely going to be the best timing this year for Kyoto.
