British Deed Poll translation to Japanese

Hello!
I need to get a bunch of documents translated from English to Japanese. The birth certificate etc., is relatively easily and I can do, however in 1999 I changed my surname and the deed poll is a lot more wordy than the other documents. I don't think google translate will be able to handle this one! haha. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this and how they went about it? I'm hoping to avoid costly fees!
