Calling all families with G6PD deficiency who have travelled to Japan.
Which hotels did you stay in Tokyo and Osaka which do not use mothballs both in the hotel itself as well as their partner vendor for exampl le third party laundry who launder their linen?
I have contacted over 50 hotels and more than 80% have confirmed they or their vendor partner use mothballs.
Also interested to know if you took the trains including bullet trains. JR said the cleaning substance used to clean the trains contains naphthalene.
