Good city bus route for Christmas Light-up?

Any recommendation for a bus route which covers scenic routes? I don't mean the Open Top Bus, which I read not to be worth it. I would like to just sit on 1-2 buses and just get a view of noteworthy Fukuoka sights, maybe at night since we will be there end of November (Christmas Light-up!).
