Guide Hakone, Tokyo, Osaka

Hello, I'm confused which one should I buy JR pass, Suica, or the Hakone free pass?

I'll be going from 11-19 Nov, arrived at 2 am at Haneda :

Haneda - Hakone
staying in Hakone for 2 nights in Miyanoshita
will be going to Gotemba and Yunessun

*is Hakone safe and restored after the typhoon? or should I just cancel my bookings and go somewhere else?

Hakone - Tokyo
staying in Tokyo for 4 nights at Hamamatsuchō area
already bought tickets to DisneySea

Tokyo - Osaka
staying in Osaka for 2 nights
going to USJ

Osaka - Kansai Airport

I'd really appreciate your help.

JR pass: definitely No
Hakone free pass: depends on what you actually want to do in Hakone. Just soak in your onsen or doing the loop.
Suica or Pasmo: yes for the convenience of it. It doesn�ft give you any discount, but out is just so practical not to need to buy each time you want to take a train or bus a new ticket v
