Calculating JR fares

Hi, I've been trying to get an estimation cost of my travel fare.
I've been going through hyperdia, google maps and JR East mobile app and they seem to have different prices for some of the routes despite them being the same journey.
Should I assume the JR East app to have the most accurate calculation on the fares?

You don't give any info on the discrepancies.
For Hyperdia for example, the fares can vary if you choose a reserved seat, or unreserved seat.
