JPY transfered to wrong shinshei bank account

Hi All,
I wanted to transfer money to my friend shinsei bank shibuya branch account through internet banking but by mistake i selected shibu branch and transferred the money (200000JPY) to wrong person and i dont know what to do.
I checked for refund with customer care but they told it will take 2 weeks to check with beneficiary, if the beneficiary disagree to refund the money then it is not possible to get the amount back.
Please kindly help me that what should i do next?

Wait two weeks and see whether the beneficiary agrees to refund.

money transfer is confirmed by bank name, branch name, account number, and the recipient name. only when all information is matched, the transfer will has done.
I think you did not confirm the recipient name.
you agreed that you send money to a wrong recipient. thus, the bank need to get a recipient's agreement to send money back.

I have no experience, but, generally speaking, you need to take some paperwork at your bank's branch.
