JR East Tohoku Pass

Hi There

I am going to Japan this Nov 18 to 24 and purchased the JR East Tohoku 5 day pass. My initial itinerary would be as follows:

Nov 18 arrive Tokyo in the afternoon
Nov 19 travel to Hachinohe for a day trip site seeing, then travel to Aomori for the night
Nov 20 site seeing at Aomori (Furukawa Fish Market, Nnebuta House, A-FActory, Hakkoda Ropeway) and Hirosaki (Apple Park, Hirosaki Castle, Samurai house, etc.) stay for the night at Aomori
Nov 21 travel to Akita (kakunodate samurai street, kosaki railway park, odate area, etc.) not yet sure if will spend the night in Akita or Sendai)
Nov 22 travel to Sendai and Matsushima (spend the night at Sendai)
Nov 23 Travel back to Tokyo. visit some autumn sites
Nov 24 leaving japan in the afternoon

hoping for suggestions on this itinerary or if it can be improved. what are the other recommended sites i can visit (preferably site that can be accessed using the JR pass) . I think one of the concern here is that the period of my travel is already past peak of autumn and start of winter and i think some sites and transportation would be closed at this time.

Would really appreciate your inputs, as i am still finalizing my itinerary and very much open for suggestions.
