Bus access to Shirakawago on Jan 2020

Hi,
I would like to visit Shirakawago on Jan 2-3, 2020. Are there any buses operated on these dates.

I have checked Nohi bus web and tried to book a seat but no bus available on those dates.

Yes, they operate everyday of the year.

Reservations can be made from one month before travel date.

Yes the bus is available but if you want to catch one of the winter illumination events, the evening bus gets booked well in advance. In my experience, day buses were not an issue but I had to rely on a miracle to get one seat in the evening bus. Wrote about it here: https://bizarrejourneys.com/shirakawa-go/

You are misunderstanding the description of the following:
◆=土日祝および8/13〜15、12/29〜1/3は運休
This means only the buses departing at 19:00 from Takayama Nohi Bus Center is not in service between August 13 and 15; December 29 and January 3.
