I have to get from the NRT airport to Sheraton 1-9 Maihama, Urayasu, 279-0031 and the
1-9 Maihama, Urayasu, 279-0031 to HND airport.
Next I have the HND to the Fuji Marriott 1256-1 Hirano, Yamanakako, 401-0502 and back. Can I buy the JR Rail Pass and if so how do I know what transportation to pick?

Hotel websites often suggest travel options to and from airports.
A JR Pass would be far too expensive compared to buying the tickets individually. A JR Pass is designed for long distance travel, not just to and from airports in a single city.
