I have book Fujiko Doramon museum 10am, I have to leave from Ueno stn to Shinjuku stn around 8.30 am (Monday Morning) Which choice is the best between Yamanote Line and Tokyo subway? I travelling with my wife and daugther 3 year-old with stroller. Thanks

Get one of those baby carriers and add anyway additional time to your transport if you don�ft make it on the first train or not even on the platform right away. If you can�ft avoid rush hour.
