I have book Fujiko Doramon museum 10am, I have to leave from Ueno stn to Shinjuku stn around 8.30 am (Monday Morning) Which choice is the best between Yamanote Line and Tokyo subway? I travelling with my wife and daugther 3 year-old with stroller. Thanks

Thread after thread after thread has involved discussions about prams. To summarise, prams and Tokyo are a terrible idea. Get a toddler-sized carrier.

The museum does not allow strollers anyway. Perhaps you should leave your stroller at home.

A blogger writes that (s)he was able to enjoy the museum with 0 & 3 year-old children even though they entered with a 4pm ticket. Perhaps you should re-schedule in order to avoid rush hours.

Strollers are at the best of time a nuisance because you need to find the elevator. But during like rush hour it is simply going to be impossible. Get one of those baby carriers and add anyway additional time to your transport if you donft make it on the first train or not even on the platform right away. If you canft avoid rush hour.
