Subway unlimited pass use area?

We had buy a Fufouka 2 days subway unlimited pass, if we plan to go Yufuin, Kumamoto city and Kokura-Jo, need buy any other JR pass? Please advise any other Pass need to buy?

The subway pass only covers the subway.
Those locations you have listed. Use a 3 day northern kyushu pass.

Just like in every other city in the world, the subway in Fukuoka is a city transit system. There are not underground subway trains running 100 km to other cities!
You may find a Northern Kyushu rail pass or Sun Q (bus) pass to be a good value. But compare against individual fares (google maps can calculate individual fares for you).
