Hello,
I canft find an email on the website to directly ask this so maybe someone on here knows. Can the tokyo wide pass cover trains from Tokyo station to Matsuda station/JR shin-matsuda station. I am going in february and will be visiting the early blooming kawazu flowers there.

JR Matsuda station is not cover by Tokyo wide pass operated byJR East
This station operated by JR central.
