Can I withdraw money on my jp atm abroad?

I will be going to the philippines soon and I really need to know if I can withdraw money in the philippines using my japan post atm in the Philippines. Please guys, if you know, please please please let me know. Thank you and Good day to everyone!

You can't withdraw money from overseas ATM using JP bank ATM cashcard.

Referring to above link, the JP BANK カード refer to JP Bank credit card.
Unless your ATM cashcard have the PLUS mark, you cannot withdraw money from overseas ATM.

So get JP BANK カード (credit card) or mijica (JP Bank Visa debit/prepaid card) for overseas usage.

Sorry for the mistake, true you cannot use normal cash card only visa card from JP bank
