I bought JR pass voucher from klook. But only able to convert the JR pass voucher to JR pass when I reach Fukuoka. Would like to know how to reserve seat for yufuin no.mori?

This train can only be reserved from in Japan, unfortunately.

The train can be booked online in English from JR Kyushu or JR West. Either way, you can't use your pass to "pay" for it, but the cost is fairly small at 1,780 yen.
