Hi,

I bought JR East South Hokkaido Rail Pass. Can I use this pass to catch the bullet train (shinkansen) between Tokyo and Odawara?

No, that is A JR Central Train service.

With the pass, not with Shinkansen train, but you could still use limited express train to go to Odawara:
