Reaching Haneda Airport at 10.30 pm. Heading to Shinjuku. Could still catch trains through Keikyu line -JR Yamanote line and how long does it take?

You can take trains, if no serious flight delay. https://goo.gl/maps/7pGZjzdxrwDWaS3o7Change arr date, see also "SCHEDULE EXPLORER". Around 50 mins, seems last tran dep 12:07am(24:07), except 31 Dec mid night. And, Bus also still operating, no transfer convenient but not cheaper than trains.
