I don't know if it's stupid to ask such question. me and my wife got married in Japan we had registered our marriage too in kuyakuso. They rejected and I was kept in detention. So which means I got overstayed. Are there anyone who entered Japan before 5 years penalty ban to enter Japan after they were given deportation order. If anyone is here who returned Japan before 5 years cuz their wife is permanent resident / Japanese. Heard about special landing permission . Want to know if it's true or not. Thankyou

Justmyday, I guess you mean ga lawyer.h
De1, From your description, I assume that you were considered an overstayer (on an earlier visa) even though you got married to a Japanese woman. And they did not let you change to and stay as gspouse of Japaneseh and placed you in detention, and you were probably sent back to your country.
I have read of a case where the couple (a non-Japanese and a Japanese) got married just as the non-Japanesefs status was expiring, and still the immigration authorities kept him in detention, but he was later granted some special permission to stay (I do not remember what it was). But it was so unusual that it came in the news. And I believe the non-Japanese husband was still in Japan.
The immigration authorities handle such cases on a case-by-case basis, so there is no way to tell. But it might be better to hire an immigration lawyer, as suggested by gjustmyday.h

who entered Japan before 5 years penalty ban to enter Japan after they were given deportation order. That is your key sentence - you were deported and banned from re-entering for five years. If you try to re-enter before the ban has expired immigration will put on the next plane back to where you flew in from. In any event, on your arrival card you will have to declare that you have been previously deported.
