Student / dependent visa 2019/12/19 21:47
Hi there !

Can't find the answers online as I read something and the opposite one minute later.
It should be great to read some real personal experience.

Does the adult student visa holder - from a language school, NOT from university - is allowed to apply for a dependent visa ? (son and husband).

Did you have this experiences yourself ?

Many thanks...

It depends on how exactly your school is classified. If it's a senshu gakko, a koto senmon gakko, or "an educational institution designated for preparing persons who have completed 12 years of education at a school in a foreign county to enter university", then yes. Otherwise, no.
