For my apartment, I need Fire insurance.
Do you know ,any website which provide cost per year.
It may vary from prefecture to prefecture.

insurance premium you pay are more depending on your apartment value, what you insure and insurance provider.
location may also be taken into account.
just ask for quotation from different insurance company.
renting apartment normally you are looking at range from 20k �` yen per two year contract with landlord/real estate.
