Biwako Valley tomorrow?

Hello everyone, wefre heading to Biwako Valley Resort tomorrow. The website says that the resort is open for the winter season but the ski area is not. Does this mean there is some snow cover in the resort? Ifm travelling with kids and they really just want to play in snow. We donft intend to ski. Thank you!
