I will be arriving at Narita Airport on the 31st (Tuesday morning) at 6:45am on a layover and will be leaving 11 hours later at 6pm.
I would very much like to go on a tour in which I will be seeing some of the Traditional sites and perhaps people wearing traditional attire.
Which if the tour businesses will be operation on this day?
