Buy an iPhone in Japan with muted shutter?

I am visiting Japan soon. I want to buy an unlocked iPhone 11 in Japan, as it's a whopping $200 cheaper than in the EU. I am aware that Japanese iPhones always make a loud shutter sound when taking pictures, which cannot be muted in any way.
My question: Where can I buy an 'international' iPhone 11 in Japan, basically one that allows me to mute the shutter sound? Thank you!

If you set the iPhone to glifeh it doesnft make the shutter sound. (I just found that out myself)
As far as I know you can only buy carrier free iPhones at apple stores and they all by law come with the shutter noise.
