Okurayama Ski Stadium or Mt Moiwa

Hi.
We will visit Sapporo in February.
Which of the above two is a better spot for a good view of Sapporo city ?
Unfortunately we only have time for 1 place

Any other recommended spots for good views ?

I think you will be in the snow festival so Okurayama is better since it is closer to the festival than Mt Moiwa. You can see Okurayama straight from the Odori and vice versa.

See Googlemaps. As you see, Okurayama is the closest to the Snow Festival venue among the three while Hitsujigaoka is the farthest.

No. Take subway to Maruyamakoen and then JR bus.

If you are looking for the shuttle bus from Odori venue to Tsu-Dome, then yes, the bus pass is valid.
