Nakasendo trail in February

Hi,
Is it feasible to walk the Nakasendo trail from Magome to Tsumago and vice-versa in mid February, or not such a good idea at that time of year?

I have done it couple years ago in early March. There was not any snow at all at that time and it was a quite easy and short trail (2-3 hours). I don`t know the conditions in February but it was nice to have the trail all to ourselves with a lengthy break at the most beautiful tea shop that I have ever seen in my life (the opening photo here: https://bizarrejourneys.com/japan-trip/). I assume the area starts getting busier at around late April.
