Ifm a filipino girl and I want to become a flight attendant at ANA airline.Ifm 16 years old and Ifm studying High school now in japan. Ifm very confused. Can you suggest me how to or can a foreigner can be a flight attendant in ANA airline?

Not easy, but possible. I know someone that managed to land a job at JAL as an attendant, but it took them a while (probably helped they were native Japanese speaker). Being bi-lingual would be a plus.
