Working visa renewal rejected

So after working for a year in Japan my working visa is rejected what do I do now? Do I reapply or do I have to leave since my current visa is going to expire.

You need to know why it is rejected?
Did you apply be yourself, or your company?
If your current visa is about to expire you can change to tourist visa or other proper visa if suitable.
But you cannot work, and staying in Japan after your expiration date is not recommended.
