WH Leaving Japan and re enter as tourist

Hello guys, I am Argentinian and I was planning on leaving Japan at the end of my visa (to Korea) and come back to Japan, with a tourist visa, I wanted to know exactly te process to do so, since I would be leaving a few days before my working holiday finishes and coming back a few days before it would end (my visa ends 7 February, and I plan to go to Korea December 23-26), what do I tell the officer in the airport when leaving? And when coming back?
Any experiences on it?
