Hello
I have a transit time between trains during the day during the snow lantern festival in Hirosaki
Are the lanterns lit during the day ? Is the Neputa area lit ?
Is it enough time - if I have 1 hour Net ( in the park itself to see all sights?) ?
What is the best entrance place? I want to catch a Taxi to and from the park back to train station? are there available Taxis near the park ?
