What is it like to study medicine in Japan?

So, I what to try for a MEXT scholarship this year, and I would like to know from other people what is like to actually study medicine in Japan, especially as a foreign.
I'm aware of all the racism and all of this, it exists everywhere. I just want to know what is like, any tips

you need to confirm there is MEXT scholarship of undergraduate for foreigners who want to be a medical doctor. I believe nothing.
