Hakone Free Pass at Ticket Machines?

Odakyu's website says that Hakone Free Pass is currently not available at ticket vending machines. Is that actually true or is the website just out-of-date?
Alternately, does anyone know what times the ticket counters at Odawara are open until or if there are any travel agents in Narita or Sapporo that will sell the Free Pass? Thanks!

Indeed, I wasn't able to buy the pass at the ticket machine the other day. I believe the ticket office at Odawara is open from 6:30 to 21:00.
