Confirmation of COE expiry date

I would like to confirm the issue o f COE. If the issue date of COE is 19.11.2019, it will be valid for 19.02.2020 and so, it will be no problem to enter to Japan before one week of expired date (12.02.2020).

Yes. Absolutely no problem.
I entered exactly 3 days before the expiration date.
