Hello. If I purchase JR Tokyo Wide Pass and I stay in Chiba, can I use NEX (Narita Express) to commute to & fro Shinjuku Station and other lines covered under this pass within the 3 days? Any replies and advice is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Yes. But the number of N'Ex trains that stop at Chiba is restricted to the first couple in the morning heading into Tokyo and the last few in the evening heading to Narita.

JR Chuo/Sobu local line runs direct from Chiba to Shinjuku for 820 yen with a departure about every 10 minutes. It takes 76 minutes ( 25 minutes longer than the N'EX), but you'd save over 5000 yen for those 3 days.
Or if you are willing to make a quick transfer, there are many ways per hour to get from Chiba to Shinjuku in about 60 minutes for the same 820 yen.
